The Brook Hotel has been regraded from 2 star to 3 Star Rating from The Automobile Association.Stephen Jones, Hotel and Restaurant Inspector for the association, visited the Hotel and was happy that the hotel comfortably met the high standards of quality and service demanded by a 3 Star establishment.
The family owners are thrilled and Managing Director Mr Muralee Govindasamy commented “My team have worked so hard to achieve this high standard and we are thrilled that the investment in interior design, kitchens and service means that we can now offer a 3 star hotel in Felixstowe”.
He added, “We want this to be the place to hold your wedding or business conference and an inviting and comfortable hotel for corporate and leisure guests and we are now confident that we are able to offer a quality 3 star venue”.He added “The hotel has a great reputation for our carvery and friendly service but we are delighted that the hard work we have put in to improving the look of the hotel and its facilities means that we are now proud to be 3 star.”
