We have over 50 team members at our Ipswich head office, Crane Hall, supported by branch offices giving us representation in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
To support our core business, we have strategic relationships in place with insurers, risk consultants and finance companies that all help our business to enhance our customer proposition. Innovative product development is an ongoing investment for the company and in recent years we have set up specialist divisions enabling us to provide specialist advice and bespoke products for specific sectors including Hospitality, Private Clients, Enterprise, Corporate and Shipping and Logistics sectors.
Our commitment to the Shipping & Logistics sector is demonstrated as we are one of the founder members of SaLSA (Shipping & Logistics Support Alliance), an alliance of professions offering focused and specialist services to this industry.
Our Enterprise Division offers insurance solutions to sole traders or small businesses without commercial premises whilst our Business Division provides insurance and risk management to businesses from small businesses to large Corporate entities.
In all our divisions, the teams are trained to meet the rigorous competency standards, set by the Financial Services Authority and our in-house standards. This ensures that we can provide the best advice and high standards of service to our customers enabling us to remain committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations.
The success of our business is also endorsed by our membership of the Unitas Alliance. Unitas is the leading Alliance of independent insurance brokers and the only insurance group offering national representation backed by local service. This is a significant organisation that brokers over £600m of gross written premium enabling the member firms to compete with exceptional buying power.
